We use this information to provide and secure the service, generate relevant AI replies, qualify and organize leads, manage appointments, process subscriptions, troubleshoot problems and improve product reliability.

Service providers

TAYAPP relies on service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, AI processing and subscription payments. These may include Render, OpenAI and Lemon Squeezy. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Your responsibilities

Businesses using TAYAPP are responsible for telling their own website visitors that an AI assistant is in use, collecting personal information lawfully, and configuring the agent so it does not request unnecessary sensitive information.

Data retention and security

We retain information as needed to operate the service and meet legitimate business or legal obligations. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of account information, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also stop using the service and cancel an active subscription.
