Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the TAYAPP website, dashboard and AI sales employee service.

Service

TAYAPP helps businesses answer website visitors, organize conversations, capture and qualify leads, and manage appointment requests. AI-generated replies can be incomplete or inaccurate, so customers remain responsible for reviewing their configuration and business-critical communications.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and remain responsible for activity in your workspace. You may not use TAYAPP for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful activity.

Trials, subscriptions and cancellation

Eligible plans include a 7-day free trial and then renew monthly at the price shown at checkout unless cancelled. Payments and subscription management are handled by Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel before renewal to prevent future charges. Access to paid features may end when a trial or subscription expires.

Customer data

You retain responsibility for the business information and visitor data you submit to TAYAPP. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to process that information and to instruct TAYAPP to process it on your behalf.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep TAYAPP available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, improve or discontinue features. Roadmap features are not part of the current paid service until they are marked active.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAYAPP is provided without warranties of guaranteed sales, lead volume or business outcomes. TAYAPP is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service.
